Types Of Homes Available In The SGV

Single-Family Homes

These are individual self-contained houses that will give people privacy as well as adequate space.

Many of them have a yard; thus, they are suitable for families and those who like gardening.

Single-family homes are the simplest type if you desire more space and do not wish to have neighbors next door.

Condos

Condos, or condominiums, are separate homes located in one building or compound with other similar structures.

These are ideal for individuals who want space with lower complexity and also those who do not require expansive floor space.

Usually, when people are living in condos, they have access to pools, gym, security, and so on, which can be beneficial to an individual’s way of life.

Townhouses

Townhouses are transferable and contain two or even more stories, and while the walls on one facet of a townhouse are shared with neighbors, the house’s other walls may be connected to other structures or end at a party wall, dividing them from a neighbor’s home.

Townhomes are larger than condominiums but come with fewer responsibilities compared to detached houses. Some townhouses only have a patch of a garden or a paved area, which is a great plus, with little work to be done.
